This project replaced aging sidewalk and built new sidewalk in areas that it had not ever had any.  It was there to help give pedestrians a safe and smooth path to get to Lakeview park from both a school nearby as well as two other streets perpendicular to Florence.

As Sonray’s bid was under budget we were able to add an additional block of sidewalk connecting Florence avenue to Lavina avenue along the south side of Erie street and still completed the project within the original time frame starting on July 1st and obtaining substantial completion on July 26th.
